If you aren’t sure what you need but know you need “something” then this option is recommended. This is also the perfect introduction if you are new to energy healing. In this intuitively led session, you will set an intention and trust that you will get what you need both during and after the session. More than one modality from the healing menu can be incorporated, just be open to receiving !
